Transcript:
The message is to prep the children (meaning all beings of Earth) for the arrival of the new wave of consciousness. Everyone must prepare to ride the wave as we have spoken of for the wave that happens on Earth affects the entire universe. It affects the Sirians (Thaddeus is from Sirius). We are affected and we ride your waves. The joy that is so inherent in babies and young children is the pure, positive energy of light beings. It is who and what we all are.

The densities grow on you the longer you are inhabiting this planet. We know it is not easy. We ask that you ride the flow and let go of grounding your heels into the earth. Ride the wave, let it flow. There is an urgency - Allyson feels it in her throat - There's an urgency to speak to what is happening. There is a self-made resistance to speaking to this far and wide, for fear of how others will perceive.

The cracks (in the veil) are widening. The information is coming through. There need not be fear. The information is love. It feels overpowering because it is a sensation, not often felt here on Earth, in any sort of constant form. The love that the source emanates is so powerful that it overwhelms those here on Earth. There is a remembering and it overtakes the nervous system, the energetic system, because it has been conditioned into the plaque of this dimension.

As the plaque is removed, there will be breaking of sensations, breaking of energy. Patterns that are heavy, that are weighing everybody down. Those who are here on Earth are able to feel both sides of it, one foot in each world. The push and pull is increasing.

Let go of the heavy sensations. They are to be felt, but not to be held to. Let them pass through your bones, through your body, through your nerves, through your muscles. Allow yourself to be a tuning fork to tune to the tide that is higher, that feels right. Heaviness is an indication of the old Earth.

Your ego wants to tie yourself to that familiar feeling, but you must instruct the ego that it will be okay. This ego is a vehicle. It was a vehicle to get you through the three dimensional world, but the energy is rising. The ego's role is changing, the ego's role is shifting. There will not be the need to protect in the same way that there was before. The ego does not need to hold on to its shield. It will also rise and change and morph into a new being state itself. The more you identify with that ego, the more fear you will feel.

There must be an awareness of the whole picture of the collective human transcending to a higher plane. Do not focus on old problems. If you allow your attention to veer back into the patterns of the past, you will stop yourself from transcendence. Those problems of the past will naturally fall away the more you can focus on the future and choose to live the life of the feeling of wholeness, of completeness.

We (Thaddeus) are guiders. We invest in you because we know what Earth can be. We have seen into the timelines, and we wish to guide you on your course into the right, highest stream. But only those who awaken, even in little increments, will be able to guide the Earth there. There are already enough of you, but it's like rolling a ball, a giant boulder, up a hill. You're nearly to the top. You just need more of your collective to help push that boulder to the top. And once it goes over that peak, it will roll down with momentum and it will be easy. It will be easy once that peak has been reached and that boulder is over the summit. It will be natural.

For those who are not close to going with the earth into its higher plane. They need to first recognize the pattern of their thoughts. Thoughts are powerful. Thoughts create things. The acknowledgement that your thoughts are not the same as you must be the first realization.

You are all channelers, every single one of you. People tend to believe, especially in the third dimension, that all the thoughts they think are true. Even if they can start to be curious about their thoughts and where they even come from and who originated this thought. Is it your parents speaking? Is it the culture speaking? There must be curiosity. Curiosity is enough to begin the momentum.
We are currently all over the earth, observing and watching. We are not on your planet physically, but we will show ourselves, if necessary. We watch from afar. We have the ability to tune in to you whenever we need to. We have mastered the mind. Humans are still working on this. But many are able to do more than they know.

The next thing people can recognize is that this is not their only life. They need to know this. Many, many, many have lived before, and many, many, many will live after. And this is just one chapter of a very long book. How that chapter fits into the overall story is something people need to get curious about. This life does not stand on its own. This life is a piece of the whole for both their continuity and the collective.

There is much to be known. Those who step into this recognition are well on their way to the new Earth. There is a call to come back to your mother Earth. She's been ignored. There's been the dichotomy of technology and nature. They are not meant to be separate. It is not one or the other. They work together. There is natural technology- technology is of nature first. Energy is natural. And if you can tap into the resources that your Earth provides, your power would be limitless.

Respect and honor that which is around you. The soil is never just soil. Roots are never just roots. Trees are spirits- are energy. The animals around you are maintaining a frequency. The crystals, the rocks, the air you breathe, all of it is important. All of it holds its own frequency in the fabric of the Universe. You must work with it. This was known in your ancient times.

The ego has gotten cocky. The ego believes it's on its own. And this is where Earth made a wrong turn. We're guiding you back- we’re realizing. You all have crystals in your body. Your thoughts and your feelings emanate signals, and you must be aware of them and use them intentionally and harness them with love. Individual power, must never be used for harm. It must be paired together with others, to blanket the earth with the peace that is natural.

We wish for others to know that there is always a choice. That you are never stuck. That decisions are never as big as they seem. That there are others watching out for you and working with you. Your decisions are never made alone. You are being guided. The thoughts you receive are from those looking out for your best interests, and it is for you to discern if it doesn't feel right because your ego is scared or if it doesn't feel right because it is not coming from the highest source.

There are low vibrational frequencies on your planet that some are allowing themselves to get attached to.No energy can attach to you without your permission. You find that hard to fathom, but it is an unconscious permission if you are feeling depleted in the energy. If you are feeling as if nothing is going your way. If you let that cycle of negativity build in your mind, you open the door to more negativity, and the more negativity you have in your mind, the easier it is for your unconscious permission to have these low frequencies- these fear frequencies- attach. It does become harder.

Love, Light, energy from Source, the Great Central Sun, that is what will shatter these negative frequencies from you. You must release them. If you attach to them and make them mean something about you, that is where you will be tied to them. You must release. You must, you must believe. You must know. Believing is knowing, knowing without seeing, knowing without completely understanding. All there is is Love. All that's true is Love and Light. That is all there is. If you feel negativity, that is a shadow to be shattered. You must let it go. You must release it. That is the way.

Do not continue to be a victim. Claim your power. Stake your power. Drive it into the ground. Attach it to the Earth. Pull it up from the mother Earth, who has given you life here on this planet. You pull it into you and you send the energy away. That is how you rise.

Wings are spreading. Angels are guiding of all kinds. You are blanketed in Love. You have more help beyond the veil than you could ever know. Remember that beyond the veil simply means frequencies you cannot see. You will see more the higher you rise.

We withdraw and depart now. Ground down, ground down, ground down.

It’s the week before a holiday here in the US, and that can mean being around a lot of people as we wrap up work and school and prepare for the break. But astrologically, naturally, we are in a time of holding right now.

On Thursday, November 20th, the time for privacy and introspection is the energy we will feel. It is a New Moon in Scorpio as the Moon and the Sun come together in the sky. The Moon, the controller of our moods and emotional body, will have no sunlight shining on it. The less light on the Moon, the more internal we feel.

Adding to this is Mercury retrograde. Mercury has been retrograding through Sagittarius, but now it enters Scorpio. This means our thoughts, our communication, and our focus will be on reflecting on all things that we’ve tucked away. The private things we don’t like to look at. Our desires. The things we hold close to our heart. Our vulnerability.

Scorpio wants you to get REAL with your life. The Scorpio archetype doesn’t do small talk. It’s intimate. It values digging deep and having meaningful conversations about the parts of us we don’t acknowledge. These conversations can be both with yourself and others. The Moon, the Sun, Mercury retrograde, and while we’re at it, Venus too, are all sitting in Scorpio, imploring us to have the deep conversations about our worth and the real value we hold here on Earth. Is there something we're missing about who we truly are? Now is the time to take another look.

While it may feel really scary, authentic feelings need to be felt and held right now. No pushing away. The mind will find itself wandering into this private place. There may be resistance to it, but you must let it wander there anyway. This is the time. No ego. No superficiality. Ask yourself, "What piece of myself am I overlooking?"

Instead of succumbing to the culture’s desire for doing, doing, doing…can you find some time to sit in silence and reflect? Let yourself ruminate and BE. You may be surprised what you uncover. Remember, resting is not wrong or weak. It is utterly necessary in order to embrace our true power. In the Being is where we find our true self.

Today, I invite you to ask, “Is this task that I’m pouring my precious energy into really necessary? Or am I just giving away my power?”

Then ask, “Where could my energy be better spent for MY highest and best health and wellbeing?” Remember, you cannot fill from an empty cup. And your cup will never be full if you’re not living the life you’re meant to live.

Maybe now is the time to give yourself permission to hold one fewer responsibility as we begin this holiday season.

Let the old pattern start to fall away and see how that feels. As Abraham says, you may find yourself one step closer to enlightenment. ❤️✨

We live in a very heady culture right now. Technology keeps us in our heads. Proof of what living only in our heads does is illustrated by the increase in anxiety. We are not living in our bodies, and that's where our energetic messages come from. In fact, when we live too much in our heads, we get issues such as anxiety, indecisiveness, paranoia, OCD, severe headaches, and obsessions.

What happens when you aren’t in communication with your body? What if it’s hard for you to tell how your body feels day to day? Therein lies an important issue.

Our body is the literal manifestation of what’s going on in our life. If you want to know how something is going in your life, no bull sh!t, your body will tell you.

If you are not consciously aware of your body sensations, down to a tingle in the legs or a throbbing in the back, you are not speaking the same language of your body. How then, will you receive the messages? If you can’t understand the language of your body, you’re going to miss a lot of really important messages from your soul.

While there have been a ton of advances in medicine over the course of the last two centuries, the thing that Western medicine gets wrong is that it doesn’t understand that our body is not separate from our soul. In fact, our body is a manifestation of our energy and a walking, living, breathing barometer of what's happening within our lives.

Sensations in our body are the way our energy talks to us.

For example, when you are feeling stuck in a situation and not taking steps in the right direction, you literally feel pain in your hips, legs, knees, and feet because those are the physical parts of you that take you through the world. If you're not on the right path, those parts of your body that physically carry you on your journey will start to malfunction. It is the way your subconscious is telling you, “Wrong direction! Course correct!”

The trouble comes when we don't understand that this is what's happening. We go to the doctor to put a Band-Aid on it, to fix it, to take pills, to take medication. But if we don't get to the root cause in our LIFE, the discomfort or disease will never go away. Even if you relieve the physical symptoms for a bit, they will always come back (and likely louder and worse) until the message is received by you. The work of Dolores Cannon and Louise Hay illustrates vividly that once you understand the message your body is trying to tell you and you correct this part of your life, the symptom will go away.

That's all that body discomfort and diseases are: messages. Once the message is received, the pain, discomfort, or disease will go away.

Somatic Healing Sessions and Meditative Dance Sessions are two beautiful ways to come back into communication with your body. As I wrote the previous sentence, I just got the download that it’s no accident that in the Church, you have Communion with the Body of Christ. This is literally saying, “communicate with your divine body”. And yes, I'm talking about YOUR body, not Yeshua's, because "Christ" is a word for an enlightened state of being, not his name.

In order to live our healthiest, highest expression of our soul, we must commune with our body and seek to understand what it’s saying. Funny story…This morning I had a distance session, and we ended up having to reconnect our call because technology got funky, as it can sometimes do. I sat for a few moments waiting for her to reconnect, and then it dawned on me. I had to disconnect our energy in order for her to reconnect. And I’m not just talking about the call.

If you’ve ever done a distance session with me, you know that in order for the session to work, I have to connect with your energy. With your permission, I sense your energy in my own body and intuit it psychically. We always do this after the phone call or Zoom meeting is established. But if that call ends prematurely, the client has trouble logging back in. It’s happened a few times now, and luckily, I know why and what to do at this point. When I sense what’s happening, I release my energetic connection from the person. In that same moment, they are always able to connect the call again.

It's fascinating to me that if I’ve connected my energy to another person, anyone trying to reach “Allyson” can’t seem to do it. There’s a literal failure to establish connection. And since phone calls and Zoom calls are also established through pure energy, if my “line is busy”, they can’t get to me.

It got me thinking...

☎️ "Where in our lives are we failing to establish a connection because our line is busy?"

✨ Energy goes where attention flows. ✨

How are you living life right now? Are you living it intentionally, or are you on auto-pilot, only doing things because you’ve always done them?

And if you’re always showing up for life in the same way, constantly putting your attention only on a set number of things, are you blocking yourself from a connection that’s been trying to get to you?

I would encourage you to take time today to look into the higher meaning of why you do what you do with your days. Are they really fulfilling to you, or are you living them that way because that’s what society/your family/your patterned self expects you to do?

If you spent just a few days disconnecting from things that numb you or don’t actually light you up, what could you finally be clearing a path for? It’s always possible that something that will completely change your life for the better is just around the corner. It just depends how open and available you are to it. If you're already connected to something or someone else, that thing you really want won't be able to get in. By disconnecting our energy from what doesn’t bring us joy, we are opening our energy to what has been trying to connect.

❤️ Tips and Tricks to Disconnecting Energy ✨

1)    Imagine that you are on a phone call with the person, thing, event, etc. that you want to disconnect from. Then, very intentionally, hang up the phone in your mind and walk away.

2)    Imagine that you have a very tight body suit on from head to toe and this person, thing, event, etc. is the body suit. Imagine the suit peeling off of you from the top of your head, down your body, off your feet, and down into the earth. Then, intentionally step forward, out and away from where the body suit fell into the Earth.

3)    Imagine that the person, thing, event, or energy that you no longer wish to connect with are bubbles on your skin. Imagine pulling all the bubbles of energy into the center of yourself and gathering them very tightly. Then, forcefully expel them far from your body with a sharp exhale, body jolt, or an image of them projecting out of you like a firework.

The sky’s the limit with how you can imagine disconnecting from energy. It all boils down to intention. So keep your intention strong and I promise, it will work.

Scientifically speaking, everything is frequency. I am. You are. Thoughts, emotions, beliefs, “solid” matter (though nothing’s really solid). Everything in this Universe is vibration. And the way we sentient humans get by and receive information is through feeling these frequencies through the channel of our Divinely tuned body.

When we are feeling frequencies that are harmonious with the vibration our Soul carries, we feel good physically and experience the emotions we equate with Joy, Pleasure, and Ease. When we are feeling frequencies that are not resonant with our Soul, that’s when we feel bodily pain and dis-ease.

When we actively deny and ignore the feelings that we have, we deny the very tool our sentient bodies give us for aligning with the Soul. Our Soul wants nothing more than to authentically feel and experience life in this physical plane as its true self.

What does this mean for healing?

Since your Soul is a high-vibration being, in order to come into the physical body and turn from light into matter, it HAS to lower its vibration a bit. In fact, your aura isn’t actually emanating from you, your body is inside your aura. The light being that you truly are condenses down into matter in the same way that water vapor in the sky condenses into water droplets.

💫 When you experience emotions that do not feel good, or hold beliefs and thoughts that do not serve you, or feel pain in your body, that is your body telling you that there is energy in your field that is not in harmony with what your Soul knows to be true.

There is a literal dissonance in energy. The negative emotions or pain you feel is the result of the difference between your Soul's vibration and the energy you are currently carrying.

The more negativity you feel, the further you are from your Soul’s natural state.

It’s incredibly normal to experience these energies. You are a channel and we live in an infinite Universe of energies. But when you hang on to this energy and claim it as yours, you create a disconnect between your Soul and your mental, physical, and emotional bodies.

The energetic, emotional, and somatic work releases the energy that is not aligned with your Soul and brings you closer to the beautiful marriage that is meant to occur between the body and the Soul.

How you FEEL about something is the BIGGEST indicator of what your Soul knows to be true.

Overnight, we experienced the 100% Full Moon in Aries, and currently She’s still standing in her Full Luminous self, opposite the Sun. Since we are in Libra season, the Moon in Aries is standing in opposition to the Sun in Libra.

Interestingly, the ruler of Libra is soft, beautiful, loving Venus and the ruler of Aries is leader, warrior, and aggressor Mars. The feminine and the masculine are standing in opposition, but at the same time, they are fusing together. The Sun, known for its yang, masculine energy, is the one in harmonious Libra. The Moon, known for its yin, feminine energy, is the one in assertive Aries. They are putting on each other’s costumes and communicating in a way meant for action and lessons.

The Full Moon in Aries wants you to say no to what no longer feels good. It’s time to cut the B.S. and stop ignoring your emotional center. The greater the negativity you feel, the farther you are from what your authentic self knows to be true.

Aries is here to serve the Moon by cutting out what is no longer in alignment with your emotional center. The Full Moon is literally shining a light on that which has no place in your life anymore. And that light that it’s shining? It’s the reflection of the Libra Sun.

Libra, known for its relationships, is asking that you choose YOU. That you deepen your relationship with yourself. The only way to do that is to get honest. So claim every “NO” as a chance to say YES to what would actually serve your highest and best interest.

Yes, we’re in Libra Season, but right now, the Moon is asking you to fight for yourself. I recommend you listen.

Libra energy is in all of us.
Where are you called to balance the scales and find your inherent worth?

Yesterday, the Sun changed from Virgo to Libra. Virgo season, combined with the Eclipse Portal, asked us to go deep within and shed the deep, dark parts of us that are not in alignment with who we really are. It was a time of brutally honest purification and a call back to our Spiritual tasks in this earthly realm.

Now, as we are in our first full day of Libra season, we are called to find balance. We must take all that we just shed and use this season to rebalance the energies we are left with. With yesterday’s Fall Equinox, nature shows us the divine beauty of equality in the light and the shadow. This is the time of the harvest; reaping what we have sown.

Libra is symbolized by the scales. Fairness, justice, and balance are all a part of Libra, as is beauty, art, and relationship. Libra is Cardinal Air, meaning its energy provides leadership in communication and initiation of thoughts and ideas. Libra can see all sides of a situation. They are great mediators and seek to find the inherent beauty in every situation.

The shadow side of this is that Libra can become paralyzed with indecision. Because of their ability to see all the options so clearly, they are not sure which path to take. They can even lose themself in relationships and become confused as to their own autonomy and worth.

❤️ The biggest thing that the Libra energy can do to help themselves wade through their indecision is to dive deep into who they really are and what is in alignment with their wants and needs.

My Midheaven, colloquially known as the career line, is in Libra. I can tell you first hand that for my entire life, I always put the other person first in my career, casting aside what would actually serve me, building up resentment within me in the process. To be honest, exploring what would actually serve me wasn’t even on my radar. This is the shadow side of Libra.

What I have now learned is that I can only help others when I have first learned how to help myself. The purification energy of Virgo helped me get brutally honest as to what is aligned with who I really am. Libra now calls to strike that balance between what I need and what others need.

Diving deep within yourself, into the uncomfortable parts of you, and listening to the knowings you have instead of ignoring them is imperative so that the Libra nature doesn’t get trapped in the plethora of options. Yes, see the options and honor the value in each of them. But Libra’s work is to gain the wisdom of which option would serve your soul best. Then you can do the high road of Libra, helping others find their balance and beauty.

No more hiding. The Universe says it's time for your REAL work here on Earth.

Tomorrow’s the day; the bookend to the corridor. The Partial Solar Eclipse arrives exact degree at 3:54 EST with the New Moon in Virgo. At the beginning of September, I alerted you to the beginning of this Eclipse corridor that would usher in a time of karmic or fated events. Have you been keeping track of what has shifted for you since September 7th’s Lunar Eclipse?

Depending on how observant you are and how much needed to shift within you, you may have experienced a bit of a challenging roller coaster ride this past month. A lot of stuff may seem to be going "wrong". Conversely, you may have also experienced a series of favorable or pleasant moments. My experience has certainly been a combination of both. For me, it’s been conversations, clarity, and renewal around my Soul work in this life.

My heart has been cracked open and there have been days where I have felt like my Ego and Soul have been so aligned that I have no choice but to let my heart’s work take over. Like a freight train barreling forward, I’ve taken chances and made moves that both did and did not pan out. This time, those moves that didn’t pan out haven’t disheartened or deterred me. Unlike in the past, where I would have used them as reasons to stop, they’ve actually made my commitment and resilience stronger.

That is the essence of this Virgo-Pisces eclipse axis. The Lunar eclipse called us to release the outdated patterns and stories we’ve told ourselves, and now, with the New Moon Solar Eclipse, we’re being led to begin anew.

This New Moon Solar Eclipse is at a very important 29 degrees of Virgo. When you’re at 29 degrees of a sign, the energy is so pure and concentrated that there’s no easing in.
⏰ That “running out of time” feeling is very present.
🚦You may feel “now or never” moments come up around your daily routines, work, health, or self-judgement.
🔁 Patterns and cycles could end suddenly.
🌪 Virgo is examining the sensible details and shaking out what is hindering or unnecessary for your true path.

This weekend, allow yourself time to be drawn into the silence. If you can, try not to schedule any busy work in the afternoon of Sunday the 21st, as the energy could make you highly sensitive. At the very least, if you feel off or moody, you’ll know why.

You’re ending a chapter from a part of your life that began in 2007, the last time we had an eclipse in this series. Themes from that time may come back, this time offering you a chance to release the past. There’s an ease that comes when you stop trying to control your life. Intentions are important, yes, but they are realized when you allow yourself to just live and be. Movement forward can come through conversations with friends, reading books just for the sake of reading, and playing with your kids.

I invite you to do a check-in this weekend. Where is your self-worth level? Have you been holding yourself back? Have you been doing the work you are doing because you are you trying to prove something to others, or perhaps even to yourself? And does this work even feel good?

We all need each other to be in our full power. So get honest.

"As summer ends and we get closer to the fall equinox, I hear the crickets chirping during the daytime.
It's like a fusing of night and day, where they co-exist together at the same time, given equal observation. Equal opportunity.  
It's a time when the world invites us to give equal weight to both the shadow and the light of ourselves.
If you close your eyes and listen, you hear the sounds of night, but observe the sights of day.
It's as if Mother Nature is inviting us to listen beyond what we can see for the truth of what's happening.
For the night creatures sing their songs for the light dwellers to hear.
They are calling out beyond their domain for those who will listen and hear.
Will you listen to the message of the shadow? The message of the night?
For this is proof the two can dwell together in harmony if we open our senses.
In the darkness, it is hard for us to see.  
And this is where we must tune in to our other senses.
For us to tune into our other senses, we must leave our vision behind and welcome in our senses of our ears and our skin and our feelings.
It's a subtler message, but it is one that those who are too externally focused miss. There is a whole world living in the shadows. Not of evil, but of beauty and wonder.
Use this time to get to know the nocturnal world.
For it is demanding equal attention from you."

This Sunday, September 7th, 2025, there will be an amazing celestial event during the Full Moon. It will be a total lunar eclipse that will cause the Moon to appear as a "Blood Moon". This is due to the Sun's light filtering around Earth's atmosphere as Earth casts a shadow on the Moon. Unfortunately, it will not be visible to those of us in North America as it will be below the horizon, but that doesn’t mean we won’t experience its energy!

From the 7th until the partial Solar Eclipse that takes place on September 21st (again, not visible in North America), we will be in an eclipse corridor. In Astrology, this period of time is tied to very karmic or fated events. These events are life-changing and, as a general rule, we aren’t really given the opportunity to side step them.

But never fear! These fated events reflect our spiritual potential and get us on path to fulfill our life’s mission and purpose. The lunar eclipse that we will experience influences our inner world, causing our fears and vulnerabilities to be brought to the surface. This is done so that they can be filtered out of us. Our worries do not serve us, especially if they are hidden and running subconsciously. This lunar eclipse will bring them into the light so we can acknowledge them and then release them.

When the solar eclipse takes place on the 21st, the influence will be on our outer life conditions like work, relationships, and our social life. It's no accident that we have to go through the inner shift of the lunar eclipse before we are able to go through the outer shift of the solar eclipse. "As within, so without."

This eclipse corridor is a conversation between the signs of Virgo and Pisces. The fates are demanding that we clean house in our inner world and by extension, our outer world. This house cleaning will lead the way to our higher truth and greater purpose. But to do so, facts that have remained hidden will have to be faced, even if it’s uncomfortable.

So what can you do?

Listen to your intuition and the messages you receive. Now is NOT the time to poo-poo them or doubt yourself. Take them seriously.
Only act on what you are sure about and have sorted out all the details on as Virgo demands this attention to detail.
SELF-CARE, SELF-CARE, SELF-CARE! Eclipses take us where we are meant to be, but it may be a rough ride to get there. Keep calm and don’t resist. Just lean more heavily into the things that bring you joy, calm, and peace.

The biggest thing for you to make it through this time is to accept that all of these things are happening FOR you, not to you.

Do not resist, and allow yourself to feel what you need to feel so that these energies can process and pass through you. If you hold on, you will only do yourself harm mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
