SUPERPOWER: FEELING SENSE
I've been a student of movement, emotions, and the human condition my entire life. From early childhood, I was singing songs, reading books, choreographing dances, writing my own monologues and poems, and reenacting Disney movies and soap operas that my mom watched. Performance art came naturally to me as I could easily pick up on the energies and emotions of others and express them in my own body.
This emotional intuition led me to obtain my BFA in Musical Theatre and my BA in Dance, affording me an immersion in various physical, mental, and emotional trainings as I learned how to convincingly "become someone else" through my breath, my voice, my body, and my emotions. The mind, body, and voice became my tools and the human condition became my source of study.
As an actor, you are asked to step into someone else's life and embody them in such a way as to fully understand every motive and intention they have ever had. You are instructed not to judge your character, and you must find a part of yourself in every character you play. The theatre afforded me the perfect landscape to hone my empathic skills while simultaneously holding space for me to witness and observe others without judgement.
It is through my work in the performance world that I have realized that my SUPERPOWER is my deep attunement to emotional and energetic sensations and states. My FEELING SENSE allows me to LITERALLY feel the energy and emotions of others, allowing me to help guide others in their healing, relationships, and life decisions. It is now, through the collection of my energetic, somatic, and emotional training and experience that I facilitate others on their healing path. I have since become a certified Karuna Reiki Master, Emotion Coach Practitioner, Somatic and Sound Healer, Astrologer, and Mindfulness Coach. I use my intuitive senses in every session to help others attune and realign to who they really are.
I am here as a professional student of the Universe. I believe that my soul made a promise to share all I have learned and continue to learn for the purpose of rebalancing ourselves and raising the collective consciousness. It has been said that to learn is to teach and to teach is to learn. As a healer and coach, I use my superpower and all that I have learned to intuit the support that would best serve you.
