Hi! I'm Allyson, a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Reiki Master, Somatic and Sound Healer, Intuitive Channel, Mindfulness Coach...and lifelong Actor, Dancer, and Vocalist. I've been playing with emotions and energy my whole life! In fact, emotions are how your energy speaks to you. They are the pre-installed GPS for your life!
